Program Status Warning - cut-off frequencies not found error

As shown in the screenshots attached, the software seems to flick between knowing the resonances and being able to measure frequency fine ('Program status monitoring' - green), and losing it due to being "unable to apply half-power bandwidth, lower and upper cut-off frequency not found" ('Program status warning' - red). When it changes to 'program status monitoring', the temperature and dissipation values aren't correct (temperatures around 550degrees and dissipation~22,500x10^-6), so I don't trust the frequency measurements either.
The QCM worked twice today, and then started having this error and so far as I'm aware I've not changed anything to cause this to happen. I have tried cleaning the monitoring equipment, and restarting my computer. Does anyone have any ideas what could be going wrong and how I can fix it?
